Designed with privacy in mind, the outdoor areas and gardens provide all the space and tranquillity you need for alfresco dining, hot tub hire, or just a quiet place to put your feet up with a glass of world-renowned Central Otago Pinot Noir. KITCHEN AND LIVING: After a long day on the slopes, or an adrenaline-filled day on the lake, your whole crew will find something to love about Million Dollar Views, be it the fully-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious home-cooked fare or resting up in one of the many living spaces while reminiscing over memories made with loved ones on your trip of a lifetime. The high ceilings and expansive windows allow natural light throughout. The entry leads you into the beautifully furnished living room with convenient gas fireplace and additional heating to keep you warm and toasty during the winter months. On the same floor, you’ll find the fully-appointed kitchen with upscale appliances and new granite counter tops, and the dining room with space for 10, both with stunning views over Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the mountains beyond. Step through to the elevated alfresco area, perfect for relaxing under a star studded sky. The lounge area boasts state of the art technology including a brand new flat screen with Sky TV (including sports channels), and high speed Internet access; the open-plan layout means your whole group can stay involved wherever they are. We’ve got the kids covered too, with a downstairs rumpus room that can also work as a bedroom; kick-back with a second new flat-screen TV, Netflix, games console and board games to keep you entertained for weeks. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The first Master bedroom, an apartment which is located on the top floor, boasts a huge bedroom, split king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with bathtub, shower and his & hers wash basins. The second master bedroom is similar in size, also featuring a split king, walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom complete with its own heat pump and air conditioning unit. In addition to the second master bedroom, bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 are all on the same floor and all have private access to the deck and gardens. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as follows: Master Bedroom = 1 x King (2 x Singles upon request) Bedroom 2 = 1 x King (2 x Singles upon request) Bedroom 3 = 1 x Queen (does not split) Bedroom 4 = 1 x Single (can be King upon request) Bedroom 5 = 1 x Sofa Bed (made up upon request)* *This room can also work as a self-contained unit if required and has its own kitchenette, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
