This modern, sunny beach house has fantastic open plan living which extends out on to large decks with expansive views over Bream Bay and across to Whangarei Heads. With only a short walk down to stunning Langs Beach it is great to be able to leave the car behind and enjoy the fresh air. There is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Nespresso (BYO Pods) and a large Weber BBQ for al fresco cooking. After a day at the beach stroll back to the house and soak in the views from the decks while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand or watch the kids run around on the grassed area below. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland. Great for 1-2 families or mature couples. Notes: There are beds for 7 people, the full occupancy of 8 includes a foam mattress suitable for a child. The maximum number of adults that normally will be accepted is 4, exceptions may be made but please enquire first. There is no television so great for the kids to have some screen downtime. Langs beach is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat.
