ATAAHUA PROPERTY SUMMARY: Ataahua (the Maori name for beauty) is located in the heart of Queenstown. This newly renovated holiday home is your perfect family getaway. Stylishly furnished, with lake and mountain views, this stunning home is a quick 10-minute walk to Queenstown’s restaurants, cafés, bars and retail stores. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: Enter the property through the front entrance and into the light and bright hallway. To your right, is the internal garage. Perfect for bringing your luggage and shopping in when it’s cold outside. There is also plenty of room in the garage for your ski and sports gear. Upstairs to your left is the laundry area and main bathroom, plus access to the outdoor dining area with BBQ and six-seater dining table. Ideal in the summer months with plenty of foliage proving shade and ambience. Back inside and to your right, is the first of three bedrooms. Luxuriously decorated, with a subtle peek of those stunning lake and mountain views. Straight through from here, you’ll walk into the open plan kitchen, living and dining. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you’ll need – just like home. The tastefully decorated lounge is the perfect place to cuddle up with a local pinot after a great day up the slopes or exploring this fine region. Enjoy the warmth of the log burner in winter or open up the large, bi-folding windows during the warmer months and let that cool breeze off the lake create the perfect indoor temperature. Back through to the hallway and up the second flight of stairs, to your right is the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, ensuite, and views. To the left of the stairwell, is the third bedroom with ensuite. RATES: - Rates are a guide only & subject to change - Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay - Public holiday surcharge of applies to all reservations departing on a public holiday - Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean - Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply - Prices are for up to 6 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations - Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required) - Bond $500 A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking. PRIVACY ACT: The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
