KING OF THE HILL PROPERTY SUMMARY: As the names suggests, King of the Hill is an outstanding, large, contemporary property with new, gleaming décor and furnishings to match. Looking for your ultimate alpine getaway? King of the Hill is certainly that – an impressive modern home bursting with class and comfort for the discerning traveller. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: As you arrive at the property, you’ll first notice the large driveway and double garage. Enter through the internal access or via the front door to find the open plan kitchen with all the equipment you need to host your family and friends. Immediately around the corner from the kitchen is the front lounge with large, brand new sofas, finished with plush cushions for comfort and relaxation. Combine this with the mountain view, and you’ll find it difficult to leave once you have curled up in front of the fire and smart TV. For the summer months, the vast outside area is completely enclosed and features a rare super-sized table that can accommodate the whole family. Let the kids and grandkids roam while you sit back in the BBQ area sipping on a local chardonnay. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The 4 bedrooms offer flexibility and an abundance of space depending on your group size – perfect for family reunions. The only staircase in the house leads you to the master bedroom, which is located at the front of the house. This is also a good quiet spot to read a book on the day bed whilst taking in the lake and mountain views. This upstairs bedroom level also has a walk-through, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are all towards the back of the house with each room boasting their own sliding doors that can be used as a separate entrance to the outside area. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations - Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required) - Bond $500 A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking. PRIVACY ACT: The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
