ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: As you arrive at the property, you’ll first notice the large driveway and double garage. Enter through the internal access or via the front door to find the open plan kitchen with all the equipment you need to host your family and friends. Immediately around the corner from the kitchen is the front lounge with large, brand new sofas, finished with plush cushions for comfort and relaxation. Combine this with the mountain view, and you’ll find it difficult to leave once you have curled up in front of the fire and smart TV. For the summer months, the vast outside area is completely enclosed and features a rare super-sized table that can accommodate the whole family. Let the kids and grandkids roam while you sit back in the BBQ area sipping on a local chardonnay. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The 4 bedrooms offer flexibility and an abundance of space depending on your group size – perfect for family reunions. The only staircase in the house leads you to the master bedroom, which is located at the front of the house. This is also a good quiet spot to read a book on the day bed whilst taking in the lake and mountain views. This upstairs bedroom level also has a walk-through, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are all towards the back of the house with each room boasting their own sliding doors that can be used as a separate entrance to the outside area.
