Our modern and spacious 6 year old family home is located just 7 mins walk from the beach on a large reserve with amazing views of the Mount and Papamoa Hills. Great outdoor area for BBQ's, complete with outdoor fire/pizza oven and spa pool. Just down the road from restaurants, supermarket, bakery, bar and movie theatre. Plus a great park for the kids down the street. There are two single bedrooms, one double and a master with ensuite and access to the outdoor courtyard and spa. Included is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs boasts a large open plan living, dining and lounge area with large bifold doors that completely open out onto a large deck with gorgeous views. There is also a seperate toilet and kids tv room that closes off. Sky Tv, Netflix and Wifi are included. Enjoy relaxing on the deck whilst the kids are playing in the fully fenced property. Family bookings only- max 6 guests although there is a double airbed available for an extra 2 people (contact to discuss). No smoking/ no parties/ no pets. Sorry no linen provided, please bring your own sheets, towels etc. It is our family home so some personal belongings will be around. There is also a self contained flat attached to the property that is occupied so guests must be respectful of our tenants. $500 per night- minimum 3 night stay over long weekends and 7 night minimum over school and xmas holidays
