THE LAKE HOUSE PROPERTY SUMMARY: With incredible lake and garden views, this large villa has its very own tennis court. With 5 bedrooms, two lounge areas and sprawling grounds, this lakeside property provides the perfect getaway for you and your family. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: Enter the home through the front door and into the main entrance area. To your right, is the master bedroom complete with ensuite and a beautiful garden outlook. On the left of the entranceway is the laundry, toilet and bathroom, and the second bedroom with lake and mountain views. Past the master bedroom, is the kitchen, dining and the two lounge areas. The first, has a TV and log burner beside the 8-seater dining table. Immediately beside this are the doors to the outside dining area for those magically warm summer nights. The formal lounge is through the next room. With a wonderful open fireplace, this is where you want to be after a long winter’s day skiing or snowboarding. It is a scenic 6-minute drive to Wanaka’s restaurants, cafes and retail shops. Wineries, ski resorts and adventure activities are all within an hour’s drive. RATES: - Rates are a guide only & subject to change - Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay - Public holiday surcharge of applies to all reservations departing on a public holiday - Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean - Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply - Prices are for up to 10 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations - Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required) - Bond $750 A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking. PRIVACY ACT: The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays.
