Amazing location in east walking distance from Napier city centre and beach. Was there with family visiting from overseas, and all were very happy there from 8 yr old son to 80 yr old mother. Only downside - shower in bathroom has no walls- just open with curtain hanging from ceiling. Seemed very cool at first, but was actually quite slippery for 80 yr old mother and kept her from being able to shower there. Kitchen was well equipped and house was adorable and incredibly comfortable otherwise. Would highly recommend.

Hi we did have a non slip bath mat but it went walk about will get a new one
