About this Holiday House

Welcome to our family home. Built in 2018. Great house for relaxing in the sun. Very central location close to everything you could need. 2 Storey house with Lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet. Amenities close by: - 2 min walk to James Village, which includes Blended Eatery, Star Thai Takeaway, a Pharmacy, liquor store, Basilico Pizza, and NZ Kebab House, 1.2km - Fresh Choice, Pearl Kitchen and the Goodhome, 1.3km to the Beach – 3.8km Bayfair and 4.4km to Fashion Island and Plaza mall - Baywave Swimming complex - Parks - Golf Courses - Airport - Since this is our family home we ask you respect our property and our neighbours. No parties. Special conditions: Minimum 2 nights stay.

Such a lovely property - well appointed, clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Very convenient location with eateries at the end of the road and close to Mercury stadium and Baypark mall etc. Highly recommend.
