Great view, spacious living area and kitchen. Excellent location, very secure building. Two spacious bedrooms, the third was a tight fit for 2 single beds. Some towels need replacing. Needed spare rubbish bags.

Rates: Deposit of 25% (or equivalent to one night stay, whichever is the greater) required with all confirmed bookings.
Balance of all payments due 28 days prior to confirmed stay. Visa & Mastercard via Paypal accepted (3% surcharge). Linen included. Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival. Checkout is up to 11am on day of departure (or later depending on booking commitments). An additional damage Paypal bond of $400 may be required for 'weekend only' and groups of '4 or more' stays and will be refunded within 5 working days of your departure if there are no damages. The apartment is inspected before and after each stay and any missing items or excessive cleaning will be charged.
