QUEENSTOWN RETREAT - GRAND SUMMARY: Consisting of two single-level homes located side by side, Queenstown Retreat Grand is absolutely ideal for two families travelling together. These contemporary, stylish homes allow large groups to holiday together whilst still offering the privacy and convenience of dual spaces. Each home has been specifically designed to cater to the needs of a diverse group – with Queenstown Retreat Family offering down to earth, family friendly décor, whilst Queenstown Retreat Luxury boasts a luxe, bespoke interior. With 2 BBQs, a spa pool and generous outdoor spaces, Queenstown Grand is the complete package for your group. LOCATION Both apartments are located in central Queenstown – no car required – a simple 5-minute walk downhill, to the heart of the town. Close to all the action, yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. These quiet and warm homes are close to Queenstown’s conference venues such as the Millennium and Copthorne, within walking distance to Queenstown’s restaurants, bars, lakefront and adventure tours, as well as the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Architecturally designed by Chris Prebble of Three Sixty Architecture, both homes are contemporary, single level townhouses. Having been purposefully designed to maximise space, light and practicality, there are no stairs to deal with – ideal for when you are juggling luggage, ski gear or shopping. KITCHEN AND LIVING In both homes, the kitchen and living areas have been crafted to take advantage of the benefits of open plan living. You’ll immediately appreciate having everything you need at your fingertips – just like home. OUTDOORS Each space has a fully fenced courtyard, ensuring security and privacy, with an intimate BBQ area. The crowning glory of the outdoor areas is the large spa pool nestled in the garden of Queenstown Retreat Family, the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day in Queenstown. ENTERTAINMENT Both homes contain a smart TV in the living room, screening in high quality 2018 UHD-4K (please bring your Netflix log in). Both spaces offer unlimited WIFI and Smart TVs (bring your Netflix log in). GARAGE AND EXTRAS Both spaces have attached garages, providing internal access to the house so there’s no getting wet as you exit your car. Each also comes complete with a large washer and dryer, and a vertical drying cabinet for wet clothing and storage. BEDROOMS Each 3 bedroom home is fitted with brand new, top quality beds with luxurious comfort toppers and electric blankets. PRIVACY ACT The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
