Elevated with stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, with a short flight of private stairs down to the lake edge and the stunning Queenstown walking and cycling Trail. This gorgeous home provides every comfort and convenience. Heating and airconditioning in all rooms with on/off controls in the bedrooms plus a roaring wood burning closed fire in the living room ensures the perfect temperature whatever the season. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area has 180 degree views over the lake and mountains and opens to a large deck. Be assured, although the driveway is steep, there is a three car tandem garage under the house and plenty of turning room at the bottom of the driveway.
