Big house in a very quiet and safe, yet extremely convenient Richmond location. Large lounge/living areas. Four bedrooms; three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. One bathroom & toilet upstairs, one bathroom & toilet downstairs. Very short walk to Richmond Mall, Queen Street shops, and the bus stop to go into Nelson. Lovely Washbourne Gardens and Bill Wilkes Park just around the corner. You don't really need a car to stay here.

Special Amenities

Two outdoor decks, one to catch morning sun, the other afternoon sun. We can set up a Christmas tree with decorations for you if you are going to be here on Xmas Day. You have to bring your own presents though, lol.

Popular beaches such as Tahunanui Beach and Rabbit Island a short drive away. Kaiteriteri Beach only a 40 minute drive. Rivers, nature walks, mountain biking tracks, Great Taste Trail, parks, gardens, ASB Aquatic Centre all nearby.
