Absolutely stunning views and a great location, good space with reasonably comfortable beds. Unfortunately though thats about where it ends. We were not made aware that there is another huge apartment under construction immediately behind this one, which is very close and looks straight into the main living area. This meant we had to have all the blinds on the huge ranch sliders on that side of the house down the whole time making the living area dark and closed in. We where also not told before our arrival that due to the construction, the scaffolding on the building next door was almost half way across the very steep and narrow driveway making it only just wide enough to get our vehicle through and very challenging to get out of. The property manager did respond when I called about this and dropped round a bottle of wine in way of apology which was appreciated. While the apartment was reasonably clean, the furnishings were fairly basic and a little tired, and the kitchen only had the very basics. We tried to cook breakfast on our last morning there with the limited equipment which was a joke. For $700 a night I would have expected a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater. It was also pretty disgusting to find that the rubbish bins in the garage were already 3/4 full of someone else's rubbish and pretty smelly! Overall a very disappointing experience and we felt ripped off considering what we paid. If you like your privacy I would not suggest booking here. Will not be rushing back.

This house is beautiful with stunning views from every room of the lake. It is directly above the walking running track along side the lake which was hardly for those who wanted to to get out and close to nature as there were lots of this and Bellbirds a long the walk. The facilities are all brand new, amazing bathrooms for that many people and the heating was great too for when it got chilly. The driveway is a little scary - A little bit steep but it was fantastic to have the garage to park the cars in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to sleep a lot of people.
