A piece of paradise in the heart of Nelson . This home is great for a family, or up to 2 couples to enjoy with a good flat lawn section for the kids, while safe and being watched from the back deck, and a small playground is just a few minute walk down to the reserve. Our holiday home is central to many attractions here in Nelson, in a quiet cul de sac, with all day sun, the back deck in the morning with the sun, and birds calling out to you, and in the afternoon the sun is captured on the front deck with views of the Tasman Bay, and mountain ranges, have a bbq and watch the sun set.

Our holiday home is central to many attractions here in Nelson, cafes, award winning wineries, arts and crafts. If retail therapy is your thing, then we have within 10 mins from home the Richmond Mall with over 70 stores , or head into Nelson City for a wide variety of shops, and a large café culture, you are bound to find a coffee fix. Head away from the city and enjoy great attractions around us like the Abel Tasman National Park, for a short walk or a trip down on the boats along side the shoreline of the park and have a 2_3 hr walk back through the native bush and along side the golden sand beaches, you may even want to pack your togs and have a dip and a picnic along the way. Be part of the Great Tasman Cycle Trail, bring your own bikes or hire them from one of the many places around, cycle anywhere locally or headout further and stop at a cafe for lunch or coffee. Day trips are a must to either beautiful Golden Bay, or over the northeast hill to Havelock, the drives take in breathtaking views, and many stops to be had along the way for a rest, photos, or just to appreciate the beauty around you. We also have Tahunanui Beach just 10mins away, a safe family beach with a playground, and bbq facilities. You can also do a little paddle boarding with paddle boards available for hire at the beach. 50mins away we have the famous golden sand beaches of Kateriteri Beach with great swimming, kyaking, walks and beachfront cafe.. So much to see and enjoy, go do it!!.
