Swimming pool - This pool is solar heated. Solar heating is generally effective in Nelson-Tasman between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. Water temperature will of course be subject to actual weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the solar system is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.
