From the moment you walk in you will know that this is no ordinary beach home. Your stay will be one of feeling really quite spolit. It has a wonderful homely feel but with that extra special touch, You will appreciate the high quality presentation, furnishings, intriguing art on display and all round WOW factor. Phenomenal windows upstairs mean a sun drenched and view focused living space. Huge chef like kitchen plenty of room for creating a stunning family meal, without being closed off from the rest of the group, the open plan space is more than generous, laughter and conversation will flow and you will be so full of joy as you are treated to a wonderful holiday with family and friends. Pull open the bifold doors to enjoy the indoor outdoor flow for quintessential Kiwi family get together. Four massive bedrooms, Master upstairs with ensuite, three other bedrooms downstairs, 2 with Queen Beds and a great older kids Bunk room. Choice of areas for lazy BBQs in the sun on the deck or if feeling all sunned out then the courtyard at the back will offer shade and a reprieve from the sun. Pool table to enjoy friendly games time. Kayaks to use to explore the local coastline ( please use life jackets provided or bring your own). Bring the surf caster and you may even bring in the snapper for tea. Even available are the tennis courts a short walk up the road. With plenty of room for the extended family. Time spent here together will create memories for you to treasure. With an easy walk down to the beach from the house the day can be spent relaxing on the pristine white sand of Langs Beach. Plenty of parking bring the boat! If you need a break from the sun, sea and surf then jump in the car and visit Mangawhai (fantastic Saturday market and Bennett famous cafe/chocolate shop) or historic Waipu, where you will find shops to stock-up on supplies for your stay. Linen is provided. With a property of this stunning presentation to ensure that all guests have the same executive experience there is a compulsory cleaning charge of $210 plus GST associated with the rental of this holiday house. Please check with us in regards to rates for the different times of the year. We do have special rate deals through out the year. Rates may differ from what is on this listing.

We stayed at this lovely holiday home for a week over the New Year holiday period. It was perfect for two families. Our collective four children loved the bunk room. The house is beautifully appointed with all mod cons and a well equipped kitchen. It is located just across the road from a reserve which leads to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. We look forward to staying again.

Public Holidays / Long Weekends are a minimum of a 3 night stay booking and are at the mid peak rate. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required during peak season, 2 night min stay for the rest of the year. Check in is 2pm & check out 10am. Early/late checkouts available on request basis and subject to additional charges. A bond is required to be held with each stay and is refundable within 5 working days should all be well with the property. A compulsory cleaning charge of $210+GST applies to all stays so the property is cleaned for you upon check out.
