Our home is set on 1200m of lovely, peaceful grounds with plenty of room for outdoor entertaining and for the kids to have heaps of fun outside. Great indoor outdoor flow with a house drenched in sun from its North facing aspect making it a perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding. Take a lovely short stroll to the shops and eateries in the Bethlehem Town Centre or enjoy a lovely night out at one of the high end restaurants in the area. On bus route and easy drive to the beautiful beaches and walks and tourists attractions at our 'back door'. A real home away from home where you will feel rested and refreshed. There will be a swimming pool available in summer but the ladder will need to be removed after use for safety and all responsibility will lie with the renter (this will be serviced by a neighbour and kept clean by them so you will not need to care of it). We have lovely elderly neighbours from the Retirement Village on our boundary and would ask that you respect them by keeping noise down after 10pm. If you are coming to party than this house is not for you as we have a strict 'no party' policy.
