This north facing (upper) apartment is ideal for "the romantic getaway" consisting of bedroom with kingsize bed, an open plan couples delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot - Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 4 guests (please enquire for further information regarding G Lower Apartment). This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children under age of 10yrs due to having G Spot Lower apartment downstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway. Wine and dine "alfresco style" on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses. Please note whilst staying at G Spot Upper level you have your own private spa, below apartment has their own private spa also, so no sharing. Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom (if needed). Over summer months, fan supplied We have supplied a sun umbrella over summer months, we do ask guests do not leave sun umbrella unattended and take down when necessary. Sky provided, channels include Basic/Movies/Sports/Rugby/Sky Music and skywatch magazine. Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app. Natural water falls and rock features compliment the native garden landscape. You may be lucky enough to have our wee bird, the kereru visit in the trees whilst staying. Sauna located at bottom of the garden. PLEASE NOTE: An additional $20/night is required, minimum of 2 nights, if you choose to use the sauna. Sauna is also shared between guests at G Upper and G Lower apartments (booking system applies). If you would like to use sauna, please state on your initial enquiry so we can incorporate price into your quotation. Please note: 2 night minimum booking 3 night minimum booking over long weekends 5 night minimum booking over New Year period Change of Dates: If you wish to change your dates and you are within the 5 day cancellation policy period, you must do so 72hrs PRIOR to your original arrival date in order to receive full refund. If less than 72hrs, we will not refund due to last minute change.
