Large St Clair 4 bedroom family home, that can sleep 8 people. Elevated views of Dunedin Harbour and St Kilda / St Clair beaches. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Two bathroom with an en-suite off the master bedroom and a 3rd toilet downstairs. Outside decking and dining area. Less than 10 minute walk to the St Clair / Esplanade Cafes and beach.

Lovely home with super views, and plenty of living space for our adult family to get together over Christmas. Walking down the hill to the beach was easy- and good exercise to walk back up. We really enjoyed the location near the Hot Salt Water Pool and St Clair Esplanade and the view down the harbour and of the Coast.

Great place with an excellent view. Close to the beach and very peaceful. Kids loved the basketball hoop and trampoline in the backyard.

We had the best time at this beautiful home. Our dad was taken to Dunedin hospital so last minute we moved our Christmas to Dunedin and were so glad to find this home 😁 Was great to fit the family in. Kids loved the lawn, close to the beach. Great views and enough space for everyone 😁
