About this Holiday House

We have put our love and effort to make this house more comfortable for your stay. We never stop to keep updating the facilities and adding the arty touch by deco since we started in 2017. A 135m2 townhouse with 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-size and one King size bed. 2 bathrooms are on level one and level three. 2 decks are on two sides of the lounge on level 2, which allow the house very fresh, sunny and open. One fully equipped open kitchen is on level 2.  Free secure inside parking in the car garage. Ultra-fast unlimited Wifi. Perfect spot to explore Wellington.CBD centre, ferries & harbour beaches, the amusement,food&drink centre, all are under 15 minutes on foot. the supermarket is 5 mins' walk away. Take a walk away from everywhere. Many buses are besides houses. Cuba st & Courtenay PL, the amusement, food and drink centre, Te Papa museum, ferries & harbour all are under 15 minutes on foot. Neighbourhood overview Cafe, supermarkets, hospitals, dance schools, cycle shops, Newtown and Cuba street are a skip & a hop away. Getting around Tasman street is quiet but the streets either side are busy bus routes into the city and to Newtown & the southern suburbs. We are also only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi or Uber. If you have a bike we are 10 minutes from Oriental Bay or the wild southern beaches.

A little history for our updating since 2017 April till now: The whole house got interior painting in 2017. The birds' photography gallery set up in 2017. Solo exhibition for French photographer and bird-watching specialist Sylvain Paul Maury All new curtain rail and curtain have been fixed in 2018 The two new leather stylish couches in 2019. The others: The new dishwasher, new drier, new top mattress etc. One heat pump in the lounge and three heaters for the 3 bedrooms. The electric towel hangers in the bathroom. All can keep you warm. The BBQ on the deck; stand by with the traditional Victoria style residential buildings in the same street. I love art and nature. Have a passion to make the living spaces comfy and trendy Put lots of love and effort constantly to make this house more comfortable for your stay.ever stop to keep updating the facilities and adding the arty touch by deco since I started in 2017. Nearly every piece inside of the house was selected and set up by me day by day. I am the colour scheme designer for house 2. And under the professional interior design study in NMIT Nelson. All the guests' reviews full of love and appreciations are my biggest motivation to move on. Enjoy our space.

This house is in a very good location, supermarket around the corner, bus stop near by and about a 15-20 minute walk into town. Although quite a student area, there were no problems of noise etc.. However we found when we arrived the cleanliness was not the best (Clean Me written in thick dust above the rangehood by previous tenants and bathroom floor not that clean) and the toilet seat was broken. There was also a few kitchen items missing that when cooking dinner (dont want to eat out all the time with a family) would have been useful. One of the bedroom mattresses was unbearably hard and impossible to give a good nights sleep. On the plus side, this feedback has been given to the property owner who was positive and seems keen to rectify.

Hi Sally, apologies for the cleaning condition. As our long-term reliable professional cleaner was away to support her kids sports, we had to use one back-up cleaner to prepare the house for your family. Really sorry she didn’t do the work properly enough enough. Our existing cleaner is the super one to do the spotless work normally. About the mattress, we have put some soft layer on the top. Normally people feel acceptable to sleep o. It. It can be tricky to choose the best mattress to please all the guests, as it is very personal feeling about the bed. All the bodies are so different.
