Cosy cottage in the heart of Hamilton. A short walk to Seddon Park, Waikato Stadium, Wintec and the CBD. Close to Hamilton hospital. The house is warm and private with off street parking. Great place to stay. Easy walk to the lake in one direction and restaurants in the other. The house was comfortable and well equipped and it was so nice to be able to take our dog with us.

Very sunny home, tastefully decorated with a nice outdoor area. We especially enjoyed all the artwork. Well maintained and all services and amenities in good working order. There was plenty of tea and coffee and toilet paper and lots of thoughtful extras. It took us 20mins to stroll to FMG stadium (but we are slow). Overall, we had a really enjoyable weekend.
