For those looking for adventure on four legs, we have free secure grazing available for horses just a short distance away. With some of the darkest sky's in New Zealand, Naseby is the ideal place for a spot of star gazing.

The house is just up the road from 2 great pubs that serve food all day, a cafe and the local store that has every thing that you forgot to bring with you and more. The Naseby Forest Recreation Area is only a minute away and the swimming dam is a short walk from the door. We are lucky to have access to some prime dark sky observation spots, within easy walking distance.

Charming property. Everything you could possibly need is there and the Cottage is very thoughtfully decorated. Julie was great to deal with and even arranged for the fire to be blazing for our arrival - a really nice touch! Super comfy beds. Highly recommend.
