Perfect location, everything we needed was provided, generous pantry items, clean and comfortable and great coffee machine.

Lovely studio in a great location close to the beach - very easy access to walks/cycleway. Also close to Eastbourne and Days Bay with several dining options. The studio has a small kitchenette for basic meal preparation and a BBQ on the deck. Lots of nice food goodies were provided which were much appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean and Anne was a very nice host.

Awesome place to stay, lovely setting by the beach and very peaceful too. Great little house with a super-comfy bed and the most amazingly generous food provisions I have ever experienced! Friendly hosts and a lovely cat too. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at and great value for money! Can't recommend enough! Thanks Anne and Martin for your lovely place.
