Comfortable and convenient, this is the ideal lock up and go property- no unnecessary stress on your trip! With stunning vistas and access to nearby walking trails, this home is a real gem. KITCHEN AND LIVING: This jewel maximises space, with an entire open plan upstairs with dining table, lounge, and kitchen, all with the stunning backdrop of the lake and surrounding mountains. Its décor is clean and contemporary, with furnishings that hark back to the rangy, mountainous landscape outside. Cook your meals in the well-equipped and modern kitchen and linger over your meal at the classic dining table. OUTDOORS: Wake up, step outside and walk around the lake (into the Marina for breakfast if you choose) on the Frankton track that runs right past the Remarkables Retreat. There’s also outdoor furniture for soaking up the sun or pre-dinner drinks on the balcony. ENTERTAINMENT: Spread out in the spacious lounge area and enjoy a DVD on the flat-screen television and free WiFi. GARAGE AND EXTRAS: Finding a park is easy with access to a private covered car parking spot. BEDROOMS: Downstairs offers 4 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups, or two families which including a Master bedroom with a King bed & ensuite, a second bedroom two singles, a third bedroom with a double plus single, and the fourth bedroom complete with a Queen. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
