Be the lucky family to spend a glorious summer break at this bright and beachy, renovated bach. So waterfront that you can dip your toes into the water whilst having your morning coffee. The blue waters of the Waipu Estuary are a must for those who love relaxing with a slow swim or a splash around with the kids, try your luck with a fishing rod or paddle a kayak to explore. This is a character bach that is very well presented and roomy. Three sunny bedrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with perfect over the water views. A separate toilet from the bathroom makes things convenient for everyone. Plenty of off street parking and room to bring the boat, the One Tree Point Marina is a handy short drive away. An inviting patio area is great for the BBQ and watching the kids run wild on a super sized lawn area. For those who are looking for something very special it doesn't get much better than this, a romantic evening under the gazebo will set the ambiance for a summer you won’t forget. There is a second home that is located on the property behind the bungalow. This home is now also rented and both homes can be rented out together. The lawn area to the left of the home is offered to the use of the home behind leaving the lawn area to the right to use by the guests of the bungalow. The popular and patrolled Waipu Cove beach is an easy 5 minute drive away or it a 2 minute drive into Waipu Village for all your holiday amenities. There is plenty of flat parking for cars and a boat - and even room for a friend to bring their self contained campervan if they wish - by approval and additional costs only. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing memorable beach holiday.

Great house, clean, tidy and great location if you want to be by the estuary. Close to shops and nearby beaches. Large sunny deck to enjoy all day with the bonus of being able to have a dip in the estuary if we wanted to. The owners were very accommodating and the agent was wonderful. Will recommend to others.

Public holidays and long weekends are at mid peak rate, $320 per night for 2 guests. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during peak season which is 23rd December to 14th January. 3 nights minimum stay for long weekends and 2 nights minimum for the rest of the year. Check in is 2pm, check out 11am, early or late check outs can be arranged on request and may be subject to additional charge. A bond is required to be held with all stays, refundable within 5 working days should all be well with the house. Compulsory cleaning charge of $130+GST for all stays.
