ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: This jewel maximises space upon arrival, starting with a driveway that will require an all-wheel drive vehicle that arrives to a 3 car space as you enter the Black Diamond. Open the house to the garage with internal access and additional storage space, drop your ski’s, snow boards, and fishing rods downstairs then head upstairs to the second floor that consists of the lavish three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room is super insulated with additional heating, the master bedroom takes centre stage with its position and views and complimented with its own ensuite bathroom. Fancy an early night? The generous second bedroom can host a king or two singles and also has brand new flat screen smart TV. Couples or singles can also enjoy the third bedroom which also has a king or two singles upon request. The open plan living area is superbly appointed and offers guests a variety of living areas to relax and unwind in. The wrap around deck, back garden, alfresco dining will be sure to please any bartender or chef seeking to showcase their skills with the award winning back drop of the Wakatipu lake. Not your cup of tea or cocktail? Complete your Black Diamond experience and Indulge yourself with a wine and star gaze in the brand new cedar spa with its outlook of Cecil Peak. There are also a number of outdoor entertaining areas that you can utilise during your stay providing plenty of space for everyone. The main outdoor area is perfect for entertaining in the summer with a bar and barbeque area to maximise the sunlight and heat lamps for those cosy winter evenings. In the summer months you can open up sun-drenched windows or simply take it all in whilst taking in the splendour of the lake and mountain views. GETTING AROUND: There is off street parking at the property plus Uber or taxi for $10 and bus options in and around Queenstown.
