Our Villa was built in 2010 and has three bedrooms, with an open plan living area leading out to a large sheltered deck. The Villa is a solid concrete block construction with high ceilings and remains cool with ceiling fans and Air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and living areas. The home is private, sheltered and set well back from the main road in a large private garden setting and ideal for a large family or up to three couples. You can drive your car right up to the house and park it out of the sun under the carport, at the rear of the house. The deck adjoins a large 7m x 3.5m fully fenced pool for the family to enjoy all year round. Under the deck is the BBQ and the outdoor dining table and chairs. 45” Plasma TV as well as docking station/speakers for your iPhone and your music options. Location ‘Tukaka Villa’ is approximately 10km or 12 mins from Avarua the main township on the Island. From the airport it is less than 20 mins drive in a clockwise direction. ‘Tukaka Villa’ is about 3 km (5 mins) from Muri Beach which is considered one of the best lagoons on the island. It is safe for children and is a great place to spend most of your beach time. Access to the beach is easiest through Pacific Resort Hotel. Coincidentally Pacific Resort is the ideal spot for your food and beverages – the hotel provides a very high standard of services and cuisine that is world class. Our check-in time is from 2pm and departure time is 10am.
