Perfect for entertaining with a well-stocked kitchen, flowing into the dining and living areas and outside onto the park.

Superb....access to beach (5 mins if that) and the domain at the back. Very quiet and ideal for the odd bit of exercise round the park ! Deck at the back was ideal to read a book on or cook dinner on the provided bbq. House had everything you would want and Phoebe was a very responsive owner, great communication. Can't recommend this house more....We'd certainly come back......5 STARS !!!!

A group of friends and I rented this house after New Years dreaming of a beach escape. Thats exactly what we got with added luxuries. We would happily return as our experience was only positive: The house was very close to the beach. It also offered great entertaining facilities including a BBQ, modern smart tv, expresso machine, and modern washing machine and drier. It came fully equipped with household goods such as those house care items that you don't want to think about while on holiday such as dishwasher and washing machine powder, rubbish bags, baking materials etc as well as plenty machinery and kitchen supplies. The house was modern, clean, well furnished and provided a comfortable yet luxurious environment. This environment also harboured through great communication by Phoebe who was friendly, welcoming and informative. The house while being a stone through away from the beach also backed on to a large grass park which was great for summer games or lounging around. It also added privacy from the busy road by being a back property. All in all the perfect oasis, offering a great holiday experience.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this house on our recent vacation back in New Zealand and recommend it without hesitation. The owner, Phoebe, was very responsive and had the house in perfect condition for our arrival. The house is fantastic - its very bright, it has a great kitchen with everything you will need (including a nice expresso machine), the bedrooms are all a good size (the master in particular is fantastic), and the upstairs foyer has a couch which gives some additional break-away space. The location of the house is also ideal - its across the road from a beach access, the house backs onto a park which gives great space to stretch out and be able to enjoy, its a nice walk down to Tay St café and/or the Omanu shops, and a short drive to Bayfair mall.
