Quality furnishings include an entertainers kitchen and lounge and a fabulous outdoor dining area overlooking the lake and mountains. The property has modern appliances, gas cooking, dishwasher etc. Safety gate is provided for toddlers at the top of stairs.
The master bedroom boasts sunrise views over Mt Iron to the east a panorama of Mt Gold to the north and more lake views to the west.
Very warm in winter, with two heat pumps - one upstairs and one downstairs, a wood burner and electric blankets on all beds.
Situated on popular Anderson Road, just a short walk to the lovely Bremner Bay, sports fields, Wanaka township, cafés and community swimming pool. Excellent mountain biking trails including Sticky Forest are all within riding distance.
This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. We are plastic bag free and use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

If a Guest’s booking is disrupted due to government mandated travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will issue a refund less $100 administration fee. International border closures are currently not covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to Booking.com non-refundable reservations. We highly recommend travel insurance.
