Homestead apartment is only 5 minutes walk to Caroline Bay and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Caroline Bay also plays host to a colony of Little Blue Penguins which you can view over the warmer months. Our apartment is ideally situated for access to the annual Caroline Bay Carnival and New Years Eve fireworks display. Peel Forest, Rivers, Lakes and Mountains are easily reached by car from Timaru.
