Restful, spacious master bedroom upstairs (with Queen bed) with spectacular views of Kapiti and Mana Islands. The stairs going to the master bedroom are a little awkward for the very elderly and the very young! There is no bathroom upstairs. Listen to the gentle lap of water or the wild waves as you fall asleep. Small second bedroom downstairs sleeps 2 people with 2 single beds. The bathroom is downstairs and has a lovely deep bath with overhead shower. Well-equipped kitchen, sofas and dining table are in the open plan downstairs area House has 3 electric heaters for winter warmth The bach is on a flat, elevated section and is surrounded by grass. You can drive right up to the front door if you wish. Raumati beach is great for walking (flat and wide) and the sunsets are glorious as the sun sets on the horizon for most of the year. The access to the beach is from the end of Arawa Street. Facilities: Kayaks, barbecue, petanque, 2 bikes, boogie boards, board games, CDs, Freeview TV, DVD player, Unlimited WiFi, Electric heaters, washing machine, clothes line, dishwasher. The bach is most suitable for a couple or for a couple with young children. All linen is provided during your stay No parties or large gatherings at the house thanks. Definitely NO pets.
