House has 4 electric heaters for winter warmth Flat grassy areas around the house. You can drive right up to the front door. Raumati beach is great for walking (flat and wide) and the sunsets are glorious as the sun sets on the horizon for most of the year. The access to the beach is from the end of Arawa Street. Facilities: Kayaks, barbecue, petanque, 2 bikes, boogie boards, board games, CDs, Freeview TV, DVD player, Unlimited WiFi, Electric heaters, washing machine, clothes line, dishwasher. The bach is most suitable for a couple or for a couple with young children. All linen is provided during your stay No parties or large gatherings at the house thanks. Definitely NO pets.
