This is a great wee place to stay as long as you remember you are paying less than $100/night for an entire 3-bedroom house. It has everything that you need, a great location, kitchen, lounge TV, etc... but you do have to love coping with old carpet, aged bathroom facilities (pink basin....), and a few things that need some maintenance. BUT HEY, it was damn good value!!! I would stay there again! We made sure we left it cleaner than when we arrived so that was good for the next guests - hopefully, that is how others go with the flow. Previously I have stayed in places where $50 was charged for clearing and the standard when we arrived was BS. So, saving that and knowing we left it clean was good. The house is a two minute walk from an awesome estuary and views; just down the road from Owaka; just along from Jack's blowhole. Great accessibility to a range of spots. We had a lovely quiet weekend by the fire due to the weather being very cold. Loved the range of board games. Thanks so much, we’ll be back.

A very cosy home just 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax.
