Built in 2010 in the style of an 1800s NZ mill town & nestled into one & a half acres of coastal land with wonderful sea views from the private balcony's over the bay. Beautiful clean studios with luxury linen & furnishings provide you with all the comforts & are supplied with quality crockery & cutlery. Plunger coffee, tea & instant coffee supplied, plus microwave, kettle & toaster. Breakfast cereal also supplied. Lovely tiled bathrooms with quality fittings. All have private balcony's with wonderful views over looking the teal blue waters of Orongo Bay with its ever changing vista. A quaint cottage houses the separate guest lounge with large TV, DVD, take one leave one book library, separate guest bathroom, free guest laundry & also houses the reception. We now have a fantastic outdoor kitchen set among the lovely gardens & bush with barbecue & 4 burner gas hob, fully fitted with all crockery, cutlery , pots & pans etc so you do not have to take anything from your studio except your food . Just having a glass of wine & watching the antics of the Tui's & fantails is delightful. If you do not wish to cook a evening meal then maybe cooking your own English breakfast in the outdoors will bring back or introduce to you the feeling of been with nature. The beautiful historic seaside village of Russell is only a three minute drive from Fantail Mill & offers top seaside dinning. If your holiday is all about time out then Fantail Mill is the ideal spot to relax & unwind .The board walk in front of the property offers a chance to see fish under your feet or just sit above the water on the seats provided & from here you can take several walks around the bay including walking into Russell.
