About this Holiday House

Set in the heart of the Twizel township, our place is the perfect retreat in the Mackenzie. Its warm and cosy, sunny, private, well appointed and clean. Its a good size 4 bedroom house plus sleepout as the 5th Bedroom. This holiday home comes with all linen and towels supplied. FREE fibre WIFI is also included in your rate. Fully fenced (6ft) , very private , but centre of town. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table and 6 chairs, a large living area with a fireplace and large heat pump, 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and spa bath, a 2nd bathroom laundry. We can provide a range of sleeping options . The master bedroom has a king bed which can be two singles as does the 2nd bedroom. The 3 bedroom has a Queen size bed. 4th bedroom has a set of bunks. The house can sleep 8 people comfortably. We can add a single bed to bedroom one and 2 on request. There is also a Sleep Out which is available on request with a queen and 2 set of bunks ( sleeps 6 ), you must supply your own bedding for this. There are a couple of couches, a heater and a TV in the sleepout , this great additional space for the kids. There is a single garage and off street parking available for a boat if required. There a private shady back yard to play or relax in. Even though this house is right in the middle of town it has a very private setting and you can see the mountains. Available at short notice over the winter. No additional cleaning or booking fees. House Summary: Sunny, Private, Central location. 4 bedrooms: 2 x king/twin, 1 x Queen, 1 set of bunks in the 4th bedroom ( sleeps 8 in the house), all linen bedding and towels supplied Sleepout 1 Queen and 2 x sets of bunks, own bedding required. Kitchen has ceramic top stove good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wastemaster etc Dining room 6 seater table and 4 bar stools for under bench sitting. Large lounge with Heat Pump,Log Burner, firewood supplied, 32in LED TV, ultra comfy leather lounge suite Large bathroom with big Spa Bath, shower, toilet Additional separate toilet 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note we will take bookings for Xmas/New Year and January school holidays as minimum 7 nights per stay. Otherwise if possible a minimum 2 night stay over weekends. This apartment is absolutely stunning! Beautiful views and very modern, open layout. I stayed here with five friends and it was incredibly spacious - plenty of room for all of us. Super quick walk to town centre (even with a big hill on the way back up - good to work off that Fergburger though!). Thank you Tony and Adele for opening up your home to us - loved it and I would definitely stay here again, cheers.

A refundable bond of $300 is payable to confirm the reservation. This is held in case of accidental damage to the property or heavy cleaning costs.

Cancelation Policy: our policy is to refund any dates that are booked with us if we can on sell them on the same terms that they are booked. The cancelation policy becomes effective once your reservation has been confirmed by us.
