The house is two storey with the bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs plus the studio. Centrally located with reserve land between the house and lake and only a 7-minute walk to downtown Queenstown. There are a lot of stairs at this property so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Masses of room and loads of flexibility - sleeps from 2 - 12 people with the Studio. This price is for the Entire House including the Studio. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (2x Queen, 1x Twin Single or King, 1x Single) and 2x bathrooms.
