4 bedrooms, (queen x 1, king single/trundler x 1, single x 3 and king with futon ) self contained house set amongst 280 olive trees. semi rural yet close enough to towns 10 mins to Greytown 10 mins to Masterton 25 mins to Martinborough. Spare paddock to house horse, if attending show grounds. 5 minutes to Clareville Showgrounds, and Golf Course. Close to popular Wairarapa vineyards. Great nearby ,free of charge outdoor Council well kept swimming pools. Ideal for mature groups going to concerts and festivals,or family gatherings

This is the 4th time our group has stayed here and each time has been as great as the last. Barb is an excellent host with a beautifully kept home The expansive lawn area is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activity

In early March 2024 we (family of 6 adults and 2 children) once again spent a weekend at the beautiful Somerset Estate, Carterton. As on the previous occasion our stay was most enjoyable and comfortable. The home was immaculate and was very well equipped for a family of our size. Barb was a pleasure to deal with. We certainly intend to return.

A fabulous four day stay at a delightful rural home. The house was an excellent design for my husband and I and our children and grand children. The kitchen, lounge and outdoor flow worked very well for dining as a family. The hose is set amidst olive trees and the vista from every room is delightful. The house was beautifully clean and and the host was very responsive to email contact. We warmly recommend this accomodation.
