$225 per night base rate for up to 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) - then extra adults $35 and extra Children are $25 extra per night on top of base rate/3 guests. Children are 12yrs and under.
Cancellations outside 30 days of stay: Refund of your deposit less 50%
Cancellations after full payment, inside of 30 days of staying (or for bookings made within 30 days of stay):
- If we are able to fill your accommodation space a refund will be given less a 20% administration fee.
- If we are unable to fill your accommodation space there will be no refund given
Cancellations within 7 days of stay will receive no refund
Wedding parties please note there is a $200 bond if you're booking the property.
If any unforeseen events arise, then we are prepared to discuss the possibility of re-scheduling your stay.
