Tullamoore has great access to the large beautiful beach that stretches right across in front of the property. Wander down the beautiful track through native bush and over the wonderfully quirky bridge straight onto the beach. Keep an eye out for dolphins in the Bay or maybe a penguin or seal will be sunning themselves somewhere on the beach. The Keruru, Tuis and fantails sit in the trees above you with their wonderful birdsong. Turn left and you can take a stroll to Collingwood along the beach to the cafes or shops. Take a ride to Farewell Spit with Farewell Spit Ecp tours situated in Collingwood...or turn right and take a walk to Milnethorpe or through Washbourne Park about a half hour stroll up the beach. Or maybe you just want to sit on the beach and watch the Gannets dive for fish right in front of Tullamoore. The choice is yours at this magic spot that absolutely takes your breathe away.
