About this Holiday House

Enjoy the quiet and friendly neighborhood. With great coffee from Taste@20, Cashmere Cuisine and Protocol via short walk. Up to our adventurous outings. Our Treehouse is in a quiet hillside street with no through traffic, nestled amongst native grasses and bush. Accessed by a steep paved driveway shared by one other dwelling, with entry from downstairs. Onsite parking 1 small to medium car in garage - we do have some items stored there! Enjoy coffee or wine at home via nespresso machine either one of 3 decks or inside - double glazed with two aircons and underfloor heating over 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (master ensuite), two living areas (upstairs with Master suite). Well positioned for privacy and sun - equipped and furnished to ensure your stay is casual-comfortable. A recent large Smart TV with Freeview pod and Wireless should you have time to spare from other activities. Very close to both city and arterial routes to access a wide range of amenities and attractions. Well placed to access all public bus routes. Activities in the area vary from kicking back and relaxing with a good book inside to accessing the various walking and mountain bike tracks (adventure park too) close at hand. For those who prefer gentle strolls to coffee or along the river, there will be no disappointment. Beds are a main king, complemented downstairs by two super kings which are splittable. Above the city, affording complete peace and privacy with hill and city views set amongst native plantings with plenty of intimate outdoor spaces. The air quality is great for those with allergy problems. Very close to excellent coffee,river and hill walks, mountain bike trails and countless other activities.

Perfect for what we wanted. Close to plenty of food options, The Cashmere Club & running trails. Property was clean & spacious. Hosts were good communicators & had information available as to how the house runs eg oven, internet, rubbish collection. Would highly recommend & would stay there again if needing accommodation in that suburb again.

Nothing disappointed us, in fact it exceeded our expectations in all aspects, fully equipped kitchen, lovely & clean, comfortable beds with lots of space for privacy and close to city with local coffee shops nearby. The owner Sandy, was so informative, helpful & friendly, would happily stay again, highlight of our holiday, would highly recommend to any considering a ChCh visit

Well appointed and clean with everything we needed. Great location to main roads to make getting around Christchurch easy but in a beautiful quiet leafy location. Would highly recommend the Treehouse.

he base price quoted is for 2 people sharing one bedroom/one bathroom for specified nights. Two separate sleepers using an additional bedroom and bathroom attracts the extra person charge and needs to be advised on the booking enquiry. An additional cleaning fee of $180 is charged with the house expected to be left clean and tidy and rubbish removed to outside bins and these dealt with as is agreed at booking time.
