About this Holiday House

An amazing spot with uninterrupted lake and mountain views, enjoying all day sun. The house is situated on the edge of Pembroke Park, with only a short stroll to the village, the lake or the skate park you hardly need to drive. The View is a fully renovated three bedroom house with good heating, insulation and double glazing making it very comfortable. There is a fantastic new outdoor deck with lounge and dining area with BBQ, all flowing from the indoor living. Perfect to soak in the sun and views from. The main house can accommodate six people comfortably having three bedrooms, one king size, one queen size and one sets of single bunks. There one bathroom shared between two bedroom and the other room has it's own en-suite. Bookings of six or less people will not have access to the sleep-out. There is a heated drying cupboard tucked away in the lounge for all your gear. Also a fully equipped laundry. The front of the section is a large tar sealed car park so there's plenty of parking for visitors, boats and room for the kids to play on skate boards / scooters etc. All the beds are new and the linen and duvets are high quality for comfort and warmth with an electric blanket on all beds. Linen and cleaning are included in the price and when you arrive all the beds will have been made up for you. If you have a larger party you can book the sleep-out that has two rooms, one with a double bed with a single bunk over it and one room with a single bunks. There is a full bathroom in the sleep-out and a small lounge with TV for use with DVD or plug in your games. Heated by heat pump. The sleep-out's ideal for children, giving them their own little house.

A complete home with everything for skiing. large car park, unobstructed view of lake and mountain. very warm. sunny. can walk to supermarket and town in 2 minutes. Friendly quick to respond landlord. Is an ideal set up.
The Clarks
We stayed with an extended family group for a weeks skiing. The house was well equipped and warm. The drying cupboard was large enough to dry 7 skiers equipment each evening! The extra fridge meant plenty of room for food and beverages to be kept cold. The beds were comfy and warm. There was plenty of seating so we could all eat together or relax together in the lounge area. It would be a great place to stay in the summer to utilise the deck area. The views were stunning across the lake to the mountains and plenty of car parking within the property for our cars. We also rented the sleep out which allowed for a 3rd shower and toilet option for when we all arrived home from the mountain. Only a short stroll into town to enjoy all that Wanaka has to offer.

Absolutely fantastic property for our group of 10. Excellent location and house is very well equipped with everything you need. Large deck with gorgeous view of park and Lake. Will definitely stay again. Thanks to owners.
