LOCATION: Location is everything, and Malaghan is merely a 400 metre stones throw to downtown fun, or simply relax while taking in the views from the lake-facing balcony and open plan living-dining area. ACCOMODATION DETAILS: The light and airy apartment is comfortably spread over 2 storeys, appointed towards the surrounding lakes and mountains, providing ample views. Modern design prevails here, with comfort and convenience also in mind. KITCHEN AND LIVING: The kitchen is modern and renovated to a very comfortable standard, moving into the dining toom and lounge in an open-plan format, opening up to the balcony with those world famous views. OUTDOORS: A front-facing, curved balcony is perfectly positioned for panoramic views down Queenstown Bay, while to the rear of the apartment is a private outdoor area, with extensive decking and a gas BBQ. ENTERTAINMENT: There is no shortage of outdoor entertainment in Queenstown, but even on a rainy day we have you covered. The lounge area boasts a TV with a DVD player and there is even a separate TV/DVD room ideal for children. GARAGE AND EXTRAS: Private car parking in garage or directly in front of garage. BEDROOMS: The generous property has 3 bedrooms, if required, a fourth room with sofa bed is accessed through one of the bedrooms for extra guests- room for everyone!
