There were 20 of us and we had a ball!! We loved the big lawn to play our games on, and really enjoyed being able to walk the short distance to the pristine river for swims. We had lots of space in the lodge for us all, and the large kitchen met all our needs. Our hosts were very accommodating and a delightful couple. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beautiful bathrooms were something else!!! Although we try to go to different parts of the country for our annual family holiday, we may well have consensus to return to Awa Homested Lodge in the future. Thank you Joss and Wayne.

Perfect house for our whanau of 15. Everything was provided and we had the best 4 days together. Ideal safe location for children and very cosy and relaxing for adults.
