About this Holiday House

Very comfortable and characterful 1970s built Pauanui bach in McCall Ave in the original subdivision and now a quiet area between the surf club and Royal Billy Point. New kitchen and exterior recently repainted and refreshed. 2 minutes walk to ocean beach. Sleeps 6 pax in main house in one large upstairs master double bedroom plus one double bedroom downstairs ( both with queen beds ) and one twin bedroom (with king single beds) also downstairs. Sleeps additional 4 pax in sleepout/garage with 2 king single beds and 2 sets of bunks and lounge area with sofas and DVD ( ideal for kids/teenagers). Large deck for outside living. One inside toilet and separate shower off rear laundry/washroom, another toilet and shower in external utility shed. New kitchen. Fully equipped including Nespresso machine, perfect for simple easy family holidays.

Great location in a cul de sac for easy beach access without the traffic past the front door! Cosy open plan main room has high ridge roof, separate kitchen area, 6 to 8 person dining table, two large 2 & 3 seater sofas plus cane chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview. Large triple sliding door opens onto front deck with BBQ table and deck seating. Double sliding doors on each side open onto side decks, one of which houses a gas BBQ. Has fully equipped new kitchen.
