Villa 231 is well located with good access. Great views (see photos), comfortable with a few extra homely touches. Large lockable storage for bikes etc in garage. Two bedrooms are made up as super king and one bedroom as 2 king single beds.

Numerous activities are available from the resort currently including golf, heliskiing and horse riding (seasonal), clay shooting, archery, jet boating, tennis, spa (massage etc), walks, plus there are many other walkways locally, lakes and the Rakaia River for boating and fishing, four wheel drive tours and even just taking a drive locally to the Rakaia Gorge or up into the mountains is spectacular (Bring your camera!). Plenty of places to eat including at the resort, Rakaia Gorge, and in Methven (20 minutes drive) ranging from fine dining to takeaways.

Simply fabulous; we needed a place to recharge and unwind and WOW we found it. Majestic mountain views, pristine manicured golf course complete with lake views, glorious afternoon sun sitting out on the luxurious apartment deck-all only an hour drive from Christchurch! We enjoyed a high tea in the restaurant as well as a wonderful restaurant themed Sunday lunch. I cannot recommend highly enough. We intend to be back asap!
