Looking for accommodation in Dunedin???? This place is absolutely wonderful. Sea views, modern, immaculate, home baking, of street parking and little personal things that make the difference.

Petra seaside apartments and the lovely hosts Bruce and Elizabeth went above and beyond our expectations during our 6 night stay here in Brighton. The apartment has amazing views, well presented clean and tidy, even had homemade baking upon arrival and little things such as shampoo and conditioner' plenty of towels, coffee, cleansing wipes.. it's these little things that mean so much to our stay as my mum was in and out of hospital and we chose this spot as a wee getaway out of the city and a place that feels like home. The baking is to die for! Highlight of the trip by far was this accomodation and the welcoming hosts. We will be staying here again and have spread the word about how beautiful this place really is. What an amazing location, absolutely loved the views. We loved the homemade baking on our arrival and mini chocolate bars too. The well stocked cabinet of shower towels was great along with the shower soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We loved all the pretty coffee mugs not your typical stock standard mugs and the varied selection of teas and coffees. The whole apartment was clean and tidy and also where our 3rd person slept they loved their own hand basin and toilet which was very clean and tidy as well. Faultless Attention to detail was everywhere. On our departure our host said we could stay on to 11am not the usual checkout time and again provided us with homemade baking for our road trip. We can't wait to return.
