Our home is best suited to family groups (up to 4 adults and 4 children) and offers you: • 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (2 x queen, 4 x single - bunks. suitable for children only) • 2 bathrooms (2 x showers, 1 x bath) • 2 toilets • Open plan living area • LCD TV, Sky, DVD player and stereo • Comfortable leather lounge suite • Designer kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher • Extensive range of kitchen utensils • Log burner (wood supplied) • Night store heater and wall heaters (in bedrooms) • Separate laundry with dryer • Portacot, high chair, electric blankets, blankets, duvets, pillows, bathmats, teatowels, cleaning products (Sheets and towels are not supplied but can be hired) • Wi-fi is available along with a BBQ (gas bottle included) and outdoor furniture Please be aware that our garage is currently not available for use but there is plenty of off street parking on the driveway. The towncentre is just an 8-10 minute walk from our home and offers the famous thermal pools and spa, and a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Hanmer Springs is also a haven for activity and adventure, including mountain biking, forest walks, skiing, flying, jet boating, golf (a 3 minute walk from our home), quad biking and much, much more. Hanmer Springs has something for everyone, any time of the year, so what are you waiting for, book your next holiday accommodation with us. Guests are required to clean our home upon departure however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). Minimum 3 nights stay on holiday weekends ie Canterbury Anniversary, Queens Birthday etc. 2 night minimum stay on all other weekends Please also note that we have an age restriction of 20+ years on all members of group bookings, other than family groups. $210 - one night stay $200 – per night for two or more nights
