This Annexe is a self-contained flat above our double garage. It has one bedroom with Queen sized bed. There are two single divans in living area, thus like a motel. Except that this is in a private garden and property of 7acres. Wifi is UFB fibre. We are close to the Karapiro Lake for rowing events, the Velodrome in Cambridge and extensive cycle trail network, plus available for the Fieldays at Mystery Creek near Hamilton. Easy access via a back road 20 minutes drive. We have space available for self-contained Motorhomes to park overnight. This can be a separate booking, even when Annexe shows booked on the calendar. The Motorhome parking area is separate to the Annexe away from our home. Good golf courses including Cambridge not far away.
