The lounge has the latest entertainment equipment including a wide screen television, DVD player and home entertainment system. Pay as you go WiFi sites, such as Telecom, can be accessed in the apartment.

Abbott House is a beautifully restored historic villa built by the original Mayor of Sumner. It has been extensively renovated. It is cool in summer and has central heating for the cooler months.
The studio is a 1 room unit with a king double bed (can be made into 2 singles), a kitchenette, tv, wifi and ensuite shower and toilet.
A cot is available for younger children.
The bus to the airport and central city is right outside the house.

We have visitors from around the globe and they all loved their stay with us. We often have special guests and the odd actress and film crew.
BaySide's private lane to beach access is to the North of building, and we also have private access into famous Joe's garage Cafe via Southern Access. The Pool Area is common and free to use (please respect other guests with noise levels in all common areas). (Pool Undergoing Repairs)

Our historic villa was built around 1877 by the first mayor of Sumner. The house has been totally modernised but retains all its original charm (with cosmetic damage from the earthquakes). We are one block from the beach and an easy walk along the beach to Sumner's many cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and 3-screen cinema.
The Suite and the Studio are separate and individually self-contained. Both have king-sized beds, TV and ensuite bathrooms. The Suite has a kitchen with hob and microwave while the Studio has a microwave kitchen.
We are 20-25 minutes drive to the city centre and there is a regular regular bus service at the door that runs directly to the city and on to the airport.
