Our house is situated in one of the most attractive hill suburbs in Christchurch – it is a fully self- contained house situated 8.7 km from the city center.It has spectacular views of the estuary, ocean and mountains. It has a covered balcony, where transparent curtains provide shelter on a windy day.

There is a large garage under the house. We live only a few hundred meters away, so you can easily get hold of us if there are any problems.

The house has a large master bedroom (Queen Size bed) with en suite toilet and shower with comfortable underfloor heating.

There are two other double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one room with two single beds.

The fourth bedroom is quite small and doubles as a computer room for your convenience. It is suitable for a baby cot, which we can provide together with a high chair, potty and changing table.
