Kina Coastal Retreat is a secluded luxury boutique apartment next to the owners new house, but with its own private entrance, driveway away from the main house, and guest parking adjacent to the apartment.

The warm & sunny accommodation comprises two luxury bedrooms one with a kingsized bed and the other with a super king bed (can be split to twins for stays of 4 nights and over) and quality linens & duvets; wall to wall carpeting; large picture windows opening to private decks. Ample hanging and drawer space. Large mirror; good bedside reading lamps.

Both rooms have a spacious ensuite with walk- in shower, toilet, vanity with demist mirror, heated towels warmer, underfloor tiled heating, luxury white dressing robes & slippers; Luxury towels & beach towels provided.

Both bedrooms and ensuites have total privacy from each other and are separated by a sitting room with comfortable leather sofas; dining table and chairs; ceiling fan;new flat screen tv and dvd; hifi; iPod dock.



The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge (with freezer box) and is equipped to allow you to prepare simple meals, with glassware, crockery, cutlery etc
There is a BBQ on the deck for guests use.


Both the bedrooms and living room have large picture windows and sliding doors opening onto kwila decks and with amazing views over the estuary towards Mt. Arthur and the mountain ranges. The decks have sunloungers, easy chairs and table & chairs. A sun umbrella is available.

Guests are invited to use the owners swimming pool during their stay (seasonal use). Petanque is also available.

Guests are also welcome to wander around our garden with plenty of sitting spaces for private picnics and lazing around.

The perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or relaxing time away from it all.

WIFI is available to guests free of charge.

A double kayak can be available to guests (subject to availability and conditions)
